SaunaVibe is registered in Belgium. The applicable legislation includes Belgian law (Code of Economic Law) and relevant European Union directives and regulations.

2. Definitions

• Customer / Consumer: Any natural person purchasing in a non-professional capacity, or any legal entity placing an order.
• Seller / Service Provider: SaunaVibe.
• Webshop: The online store available at saunavibe.eu.
• Product: Any sauna-related item, essential oil, blend, textile, tool, or accessory sold via the webshop.

3. Formation of the Contract

A contract is considered a distance contract under EU law.

The contract is concluded when:

1. The Customer places an order on the webshop.
2. The Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions (checkbox).
3. The Seller confirms the order via email.

The confirmation email includes:

• Order details
• Payment instructions
• Delivery information
• A downloadable and storable version of these T&C (PDF or link), in line with EU requirements

4. Products and Prices

All essential product properties, descriptions, images, and prices are displayed on the product pages.

• Prices are listed in EUR.
• Prices are gross prices, inclusive of Belgian VAT (when applicable).
• Delivery fees are displayed during checkout.

The Seller may adjust prices at any time, but never for orders already placed.

5. Payment Methods

Available payment options include:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
• Online payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal — if enabled)
• Bank transfer (if specified)

Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

6. Delivery Terms

Orders are shipped through European courier services (e.g., GLS, DPD, DHL).
Shipping fees vary by country and are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Within the EU:  7 –14 business days
• Outside the EU: 10 –14 business days

The Customer must inspect the package upon receipt. If damaged, a courier report must be completed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Rule)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The 14 days start from the day:

• the Customer receives the goods, or
• a third party designated by the Customer receives them.

How to exercise the withdrawal:

• Send an email to support@saunavibe.eu
• Return the item at the Customer’s own expense to the Seller’s address.

Refund process:

• Refund is issued within 14 days after the returned goods arrive.
• Refund method is the same as the original payment method.

Withdrawal is NOT possible for:

• Opened or used essential oils (hygiene and safety reasons)
• Custom-made or personalised items (e.g., embroidered ponchos)

8. Complaints and Customer Service

The Seller will respond within 14 days.

If the Customer is not satisfied, they may use:

• EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

• Belgian mediation or dispute settlement bodies

9. Warranty and Liability (EU + Belgium)

All products sold by SaunaVibe are covered by the EU-mandated minimum 2-year legal guarantee.

The Customer is entitled to:

• Repair or replacement,
• If not possible: price reduction or refund.

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper use
• Physical damage caused by the Customer
• Normal wear and tear

For digital or electronic components (if any), update/compatibility obligations follow the 2019/770 and 2019/771 EU directives.

10. Limitation of Liability

Product images may include illustrative elements.
Colours may differ due to screen settings.

The Seller is not liable for:

• Delays caused by the courier
• Damage resulting from the Customer’s actions
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

SaunaVibe processes all personal data according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

A detailed Privacy Policy is available on the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding, graphics, logos) is the property of SaunaVibe.
Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all contracts are governed by:

• Belgian law,
• Applicable European Union legislation.

In case of dispute, Belgian courts have jurisdiction—without prejudice to the Consumer’s rights under EU consumer law.

14. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

SaunaVibe may update these T&C at any time.
Changes apply from the moment they are published on the website.
Orders already placed remain governed by the version in effect at the time of ordering.
